Abdul, Controls Manager

Abdul is the Controls Manager at Gopher Resource, where he leads two teams of controls engineers supporting operations in Eagan and Tampa. His teams focus on process reliability and logic programming, helping ensure systems run smoothly and efficiently.

A key part of Abdul’s role is setting priorities, keeping projects on track, and guiding the long-term strategy for the controls team. What he values most, however, is collaboration. Working with people from different backgrounds and perspectives challenges him to keep learning and growing, both personally and professionally.
