Cisco, RMPC Lead Operator

Cisco is an RMPC Lead Operator at Gopher Resource, where he oversees the receiving and initial processing of incoming batteries. His role includes daily walkthroughs, ensuring equipment is running properly, and addressing issues to keep operations moving safely and efficiently.

With more than 19 years at Gopher Resource, Cisco brings experience, consistency, and a people-first approach to his work. He believes strong teams are built by showing up for one another and leading by example on the floor.

Cisco also values the four-on, four-off schedule, which gives him meaningful time outside of work to spend with family, travel, and recharge. For him, Gopher Resource offers both pride in the work and balance in life.
